2.How are you trying to print? Is it from any application or using a browse?

Please try these steps and check if that helps.

Method1: Run a troubleshooter and check if that helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

1. Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
2. Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
3. Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
4. Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.

Method2: Uninstall and reinstall the printer driver and check if that helps.

Step1
1. Click Start, type Device Manager, and press Enter.
2. Right-click the printer, and click Uninstall.
3. Windows will prompt you to confirm the device’s removal. Click OK to remove the driver.
4. After the uninstallation is complete, reboot your computer as soon as possible. In a pinch you can use the Windows Device Manager to uninstall troublesome driver.
5. And restart your system.

Method 3: If the printer is connected to network follow these steps and check whether that fixes the issues.

Rename the printer port following these steps.

• Click 'Add printer' at the top left of the window. Click 'Add a local printer' and check the box to the left of 'Create a new port.' Click the pull down menu to the right of 'Type of port:' and select 'Local port' or 'Standard TCP/IP Port,' depending on what type of printer you are installing. Network printers generally use the TCP/IP port type and local ports are used for locally attached printers.
Click 'Next' and enter the port name you want, as well as the IP address of the printer if you are installing a network printer. Click 'OK' or 'Next' and continue installing the printer normally.
